This course aims to provide hands-on, live surgery observation and step-by-step didactic lectures on advanced pelvic and upper tract procedures using 3rd and 4th gen robotic platforms.

Objectives

Learn the nuances of steps in RAPN and RARP
To learn the nuances of intracorporeal bowel work
To learn the anatomical details which firm the basis for these important steps
To allude to the intricacies of managing complications in pelvic surgeries

The course will be divided into two days dedicated to Prostate, Kidney and Bladder

DAY 1

08:30 am	Step by step a) RARP: Dr.Mihir Desai b) Nuances of resection and Renorrhaphy in RAPN : Dr.Arvind Ganpule/Dr.Abhishek Singh
10:00 am	Live surgery
12:30 pm	Lunch
01:30 pm	System introduction by the Intuitive Team
02:30 pm to 06:00 pm	Hands-on training, including console training and dry lab exercises on SimNow and Da Vinci Si platform

DAY 2

08:30 am	a) Step by step Cystectomy b) Step by step diversion
09:30 am	Live Surgery
12:00 pm	Lunch
01:00 pm to 06:00 pm	Hands-on training in the wet lab on animal tissus models on SimNow and Da Vinci Si platform
06:00 pm	Certification and group photo

DAY 3 – Bladder

9:00 am to 9:15 am	Recap of the previous day
9:15 am to 10.30 am	Tips and Tricks session Robotic Partial and Radical Nephrectomy Dr. Mihir Desai and Dr. Arvind Ganpule
10:30 am to 11:00 am	Tea Break
11:00 am to 1:00 pm	Live surgery: RARC and intracorporeal IC – Dr. Mihir Desai
1:00 pm to 2:00 pm	Lunch lecture: Retroperitoneal Robotic Surgery – Dr. Mihir Desai
2:00 pm to 5:00 pm	Hands on training on Sim Now and Da Vinci Si platform (or a second case). Certification and disperse
