Urology Practical Examination Crash Course

Highlight of the Program

• Cases presentations – there are about 30 cases – which will be discussed in details. All varieties will be kept. So that any question related to the case, can be answered in exam. Adequate time will be given to ask any doubts, questions.
• Pathology specimens – full range of specimens will be covered. & what can be asked related to that.
• Radiology – All common X-rays, CT scan will be discussed.
• Instruments – All instruments will be discussed in details – how to identify them, assembling, what questions can be asked.
• Operative procedures – Steps of all common surgeries will be discussed – how to answer in exam.
• Research methodology – NBE has decided to ask questions related to statistics & research methodology in viva. Most students do not answer well. Adequate information will be given so that you can answer any common questions confidently.
• Recent advances – landmark latest trials, their outcome, and what is new in each subspecialty will be covered, as this is also asked in the exam.
• Short Lectures on relevant topics.
• The course includes all meals.
